Non-Returnable Items: Once an order is processed, products that do not fall under 3D memory categories are considered final sale. These items cannot be cancelled or returned, so we strongly recommend confirming specifications prior to purchase.

Restocking Policy: In specific cases, a restocking fee of up to 25% may be applied. This depends on the product category and condition. Our team will always advise you in advance where applicable.

Product Condition: Unless clearly stated as brand-new retail stock, all products are supplied in professionally refurbished condition. Each item is thoroughly tested to ensure reliable performance and quality assurance.

Part Number Compatibility: Leading manufacturers such as Dell, HP, IBM, and Compaq may assign multiple identifiers to the same product, including Spare Part Numbers (Spare P/N) or FRU (Field Replaceable Unit) numbers. The item you receive may carry either designation, both of which are fully compatible and functionally equivalent.

Warranty Coverage: All products include a 30-day limited warranty, covering replacement in the event of DOA (Dead on Arrival) items with the same part number. Selected storage devices may qualify for an extended 90-day warranty—please confirm with our team before purchase. Additionally, manufacturer warranty options may intact for new product if any. 

Drivers & Installation Media: As most products are supplied in bulk packaging, installation media such as CDs, drivers, or manuals may not be included. If required, please check availability with our sales team prior to ordering.

Shipping Information: Standard shipping rates are automatically calculated for lightweight IT components such as memory and storage devices (under 5 lbs). For larger or heavier equipment—including servers, racks, and motherboards—shipping costs may vary. Our team will notify you if any adjustments are required.

Refurbished Printers: Please note that refurbished printers may not include toner cartridges, or may be supplied with partially used consumables.
